My husband and I toured many preschools and daycares to find the right fit for our daughter. After each tour, I noticed along the way that not much attention was paid directly to our toddler. All our questions would get answered but no one sat down to interact with Lyla. When we toured DCH, Mr. G. answered all our questions thoroughly, provided specific information that would benefit Lyla, and took the time to teach her how to peel an orange, color with markers, and play with various toys in the toddler room. We knew Lyla would thrive at DCH, make many friends, and she has learned so much in just a few months. We are extremely grateful for all the terrific DCH teachers that have guided Lyla through this journey.
If you are looking for a safe, caring and highly engaged place for you child's daycare - consider Dracut Children's House. We are grateful that we found it, and after 6 months we have experienced a wonderful development with our daughter.
The cooperation with everyone is supportive and open. Our daughter loves all the activities, the routines and constantly surprises us with new insights, skills and development.
We LOVE DCH! Our son goes full time and is always coming home with new skills! He is happy to be there and loves Ms. Brianne and his other teachers.
The staff is friendly and easy to talk to, Mike is always available for parent questions, and the monthly meetings are great for keeping up with the school (they even provide childcare for the meetings)! Overall great parent school communication!
The toddler room is filled with fun learning tasks and there is always something new to keep the kids engaged.
I know when I leave my child at DCH he is well cared for and happy!
"Dracut Children's House is a hidden gem. I drop my daughter off every day knowing she is in good hands. Since we started in early September, my daughter has already gained so much knowledge. She is 2.5 years old and is putting together 4-5 word sentences! She is able to build independence and responsibility through the curriculum. The best part is that we can use the Montessori-style education at home too!"
“I can’t even find the words to explain how amazing DCH is. The things that Xander has learned is absolutely mind blowing. Not only is the education top notch, it’s a family. Beyond grateful to have Xander be part of DCH and can’t wait for Kindergarten!!
If you or someone you know, is looking for Toddler, Preschool, or Kindergarten, I highly recommend you check out DCH!!!“
Our daughter transitioned to Dracut Childrens House from a different daycare center and we have seen a huge change in her since! She's thriving both inside of the classroom as well as at home. At home, her manners have improved and she is constantly wanting to help me with tasks and chores that she never showed interest in before. At school, she is able to explore her natural interests in her work but also focus on education and have fun while learning. My husband and I are really pleased with the growth we've been able to see since enrolling in DCH, and we couldn't recommend it enough.
"We are excited that our son is being exposed to the Montessori approach to learning. And we are happy that he is working with an excellent team that definitely has a passion for what they do."
"We would like to express our appreciation of the program at Dracut Children's House. We have seen very large gains in our son socially and in his independence. He seems very interested in writing now with his older brother when he has homework. Such a great school, great program, great teachers!"
“Dracut Children's House preschool in Dracut has provided a great introduction to Montessori method for our entire family. The school fosters independence in a welcoming, supportive environment and makes sure parents feel empowered with the tools and education they need to support Montessori learning outside the classroom. The teachers are truly in tune with the needs of each individual child and value open lines of communication. We feel so lucky to have this school so close to home!“
